  • GENERALLY: RETURN SHIPPING WILL ALWAYS BE PAID BY CUSTOMER UNLESS ONE OF THE 4 CONDITIONS NAMED ABOVE EXISTS

ANY RETURN REASON OTHER THAN THE FOUR NAMED ABOVE CONSTITUTES A “BUYER’S REMORSE RETURN”

BUYER’S REMORSE RETURN REFUNDS INCLUDE APPLICABLE RESTOCK FEES AND 50% ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS (SPLIT THE LOSS)

“FULL REFUNDS” INCLUDE ANY DEDUCTIONS=RESTOCK FEES, BROKEN/ALTERED PARTS OR ANY PART OF A DAMAGED RETURNED ITEM NEEDING REPAIR/REPLACEMENT.

TRANSIT DAMAGED RETURNS:

NOTE: MP REQUIRES PICTURES OF DAMAGE ASAP VIA TEXT/EMAIL PRINTABLE ATTACHMENT(S) STRICTLY USED AS EVIDENCE FOR CLAIMS FOR GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. LACK OF EVIDENCE IN ALL “DAMAGED IN TRANSIT” CLAIMS RESULTS IN BUYER TAKING ALL DAMAGES RESPONSIBILITY AND RESULTS IN DECREASED FULL REFUNDS TO COMPENSATE FOR ALL REPAIRS, LABOR, SHIPPING, ETC. REGARDING DAMAGED RETURNS & INSURANCE CLAIMS: MARTIAL PERCUSSION Customers WILL NOT wait on insurance claims payments. MP™ issues refunds upon reception/verification of goods whether or not insurance has been filed, paid, pending, etc provided the digital pics of damage and all other required information has been received.
